In the past few weeks, he has made several visits to my house to treat me for a number of medical issues that I have had, including those which I discussed in my previous post. His cell phone is never turned off, and he is willing to use Skype as an examination and diagnostic tool. Perfect for a world bicycle ride! And perfect for anyone who wants a physician who is dedicated to his patients.<\/p>\n<p>Eric has a very unique business model. You pay him an annual fee, which gives you 24-hour access to his services. The fee can be paid through your medical care savings account (which uses pre-tax dollars). When you are treated, Eric can prepare a statement of the cost, which you may be able to submit to your insurance as an out-of-network expense, for partial reimbursement.<\/p>\n<p>Eric will never have more than 100 patients.
